印度姐妹被轮奸后挂尸树上

印度当局表示已经逮捕了轮奸并残忍杀害一对印度姐妹的三名男子，其中包括两名警察。周三上午，失踪几个小时后，村民发现这对印度姐妹的尸体被悬挂在树上。警方表示这对印度姐妹已经被轮奸，之后被掐死挂在了树上。之后这一天，数百愤怒的村民无声地抗议了这一惨案。当日，警方抓获了三名嫌犯，尚有另外四名嫌犯在逃。

Authorities in northern India said that they have arrested three men, including two police officers, suspected of gang-raping and killing two teenage sisters.

Villagers found the girls’ bodies hanging from a tree on Wednesday morning, hours after they disappeared near their home in Katra village within the Uttar Pradesh state. Police said that the girls, who were 14 and 15, had been gang-raped and strangled before being hanged. Hundreds of angry villagers spent the rest of Wednesday in silent protest over alleged police inaction in the case.

Police arrested the three men later in the day and are still searching for four more suspects.
