Qiannan landslide,a retrogressive landslide,locates at Jiang-Huai Cutting-Ridge;of which the main causation is the development of the fissures on channel slope caused by the change of the stress state of the slope, over-consolidation,swell-shrink and wetting-drying cycle of the soil body as well as the soil expanding,softening and strength decrease due to the rain water invasion.
