周四新疆暴力恐怖袭击事件死亡人数已上升到39人，共94人受伤。当地当局发布严打暴恐通告，呼吁参与袭击案的嫌犯自首。30天内自首者可减轻刑法。

The death toll from Thursday’s terrorist attack in northwest China’s Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region has risen to 39, with a total of 94 wounded.

Authorities in the region issued a statement on Saturday, calling for the people involved in the attack to come forward. The statement said that all those involved in terrorist activities and violence, will get a reduced punishment if they surrender within 30 days.

The statement also encouraged the public to provide information about terrorist suspects or suspected terrorist activities.
