With high chromium corundum chosen as the refractory & aggregating material,and an phenol resin and PVB as the bonding agent,hereon,by applying orthogonal experiment to the above,consequently,an optimum ingredient ration is set up,conceming mould vanishing with alcohol base coating material for high manganese steel pieces to be casted.
