The paper studies the effect of charging pattern,pre-pressing time and moulding pressure on the pins in the surface of large complicated auto parts and discusses the pin default with the change of above-mentioned molding parameters and forming cause.

针对大型复杂车用产品,本文主要研究了改变加料方式、预压时间及加压压力对产品表面针眼的影响,考察针眼随上述工艺参数的变化规律,并探讨了针眼的成因。
