小区现“流浪狗小屋”，有人点赞有人愁

Several small houses for stray dogs were recently built in a residential community in Kunming, Yunnan province. Although the structures have been praised by many citizens, some people have also voiced safety concerns.

最近，云南昆明的一个小区里建立了一些流浪狗小屋。虽然小屋受到很多居民的赞扬，但是也有些人提出了安全问题。

The houses were built in a variety of sizes. A security officer for the community acknowledged that the houses have already become a great place for residents to feed stray dogs in the area, and that they will serve as great accommodations for the strays in the cold autumn and winter months.

小屋有各种尺寸。小区的保安确认，这些小屋已经成为居民在该地区饲养流浪狗的一个好地方，并且也是流浪狗在深秋和寒冬的绝佳住所。

An elderly woman, surnamed Zhang, believes that the houses are a reflection of society’s love for animals. But not everyone agrees. One man living in the community, surnamed Ma, said he was worried about the stray dogs’ hygiene, arguing that the bacteria carried by the animals may be a potential threat for residents.

一位姓张的老妇人认为，这些小屋反映了社会对动物的爱。但不是每个人都赞同。住在小区的一位姓马的男人说，他担心流浪狗的卫生问题，认为动物携带的细菌可能对居民构成潜在威胁。
