We performed laparoscopic radical cystectomy on 15 cases plus reconstruction of bladder with ileum,on 10 cases plus rectum pouch,and on 3 cases plus ureterostomy,and we wat.

行腹腔镜下全膀胱切除,15例原位回肠代膀胱术,10例Sigma直肠膀胱术,3例输尿管造口术,观察手术时间、术中出血量、术后肠道功能恢复、术后并发症及手术效果。
