Based on the concerned methods for approximating the longitudinal section contour of piston skirt,one new approximating method based on BP neural network is presented in this paper.

在分析有关活塞裙部纵向型线拟合方法的基础上 ,提出了基于 BP网络拟合的方法 ;应用实例拟合结果表明 :基于 BP网络的拟合方法适用性广 ,且拟合精度较高。
