Intense flooding in the city of Xingtai -- in North China's Hebei Province -- has left  people 16 dead and 11 missing.达到了350毫米。

Torrential rain caused flooding, with 21 counties and more than 760-thousand people affected. Nearly 90-thousand peole were forced to relocate.

More than 4 thousand houses collapsed. direct economic losses are estimated to be about 650 million yuan, or nearly one hundred million US dollars.
