It is difficulty to solve the problem of gracile shaft when the ratio is more than 25 that shaft’s length pide by diameter,by using reverse cutting,clamp &withstand device and mushroom head pin to add rigidity and decrease transfiguration of flexible cutter pole,successfully machining long lead screw when the ratio is 54 that it’s length pide by diameter,then achieve the demand on the drawing.

对于长度与直径之比大于25的细长轴,最难解决的是刚性问题,本例采用反向切削方式、一夹一顶装夹方法及蘑菇头销子增加刚性和弹性刀杆减小变形等措施,成功地加工出长径比达54的长丝杠,达到图纸的设计要求。
