With the example of constant pressure delivery valve in PW2000 pump of Weifu Group Company,by components reliability design,manufacturing processes improvement,parameters optimizing calculation and detailed analysis,the reliability quality research,design and improvement for this valve under high injection pressure and intensified condition were carried out.
