For the purpose of raising the application efficiency of IP address resources and improving the management and security of the Internet, the present thesis deals with the research and development of an Internet.

为了提高IP资源的使用率，同时提高网络的可管理性和安全性，本文结合中国联合通信公司项目“中国联通互联网网络安全工程”总课题实现了IP地址资源网络管理系统的研究开发。
