乌克兰总理：毫无疑问，马航是被击落的

乌克兰总理Arseny Yatseniuk已确认马航MH17是“被击落”的。他同时表示乌克兰从未用过像击落马航这样的地空导弹。

Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseny Yatseniuk has confirmed that Malaysia Airlines flight MH17 was "shot down". He also said that Ukraine has never used a surface-to-air missile like the one that brought down the Malaysia Airlines jet.

He said the plane was most likely downed by a Russia-made BUK-M1 missile system, operated by trained personnel.

He promised to release all relevant information gathered by the Ukrainian government to international investigators, and said Kiev is willing to hand control of the investigation to Ukraine’s western partners.

The Netherlands could lead the investigation.
