A high-performance capillary electrophoresis with electrochemical detection ( CE-ED) method has been developed for the determintion of five bioactive ingredients in Valeriana jatamansi Jones, namely diosmetin, kaempferol, apigenin, chlorogenic acid, and caffeic acid.
