To explore the objective indexes and eventually establish the standard hind paw atlas of normal Kunming mice, the hind paws of 20 male mice weighing 18-20 g were photographed with digital camera once a week for consecutive 8 times.

为探讨动物望诊的客观指标、建立正常昆明小鼠后爪标准图谱 ,2 0只 18～ 2 0g雄性鼠左后爪 ,相同条件下以数码相机每周拍摄 1次 ,连续 8次 ;在此基础上 ,对所有照片进行图像处理 ,并对其掌部作RGB色度的定量分析。
