广东、广西、海南等地全力防范台风“泰利”

央广网北京7月17日消息 据中央广播电视总台中国之声《新闻和报纸摘要》报道，中央气象台16日18时发布台风橙色预警。预计今年第4号台风“泰利”将于17日夜间在广东台山到海南文昌一带沿海登陆。受其影响，预计17日到19日，广东、海南、广西等地部分地区有强降水过程，国家防总提升防汛防台风应急响应至Ⅲ级，广东、广西、海南等地全力落实防范应对措施。
