Is there a thirsty dragon up there? At least three waterspouts were spotted off the coast of Dalian in Northeast China's Liaoning Province on Friday. Cellphone footage captured by a citizen shows a black vortex rising up into the clouds. Chinese call waterspouts "a dragon sucking water". But experts believe they're just tornadoes over water.
