To test the insulation resistance of motor windings in real time,this paper discussed the design of the digital megohmmeter for motor windings based on the SCM,it is can work in manual or remote braking control test,the changing thermal insulation resistance of motor windings can be accurately measured during drying.

针对电机绕组绝缘阻值实时检测需要,研制了一种基于单片机的数字绝缘检测仪(数字兆欧表),通过手动或远程控制自动检测,可以准确测得电机绕组烘干过程中不断变化的热态绝缘阻值。
