METHODS The 63 pancreatitis patients were pided into two groups:moderate type (no organ dysfunction) and severe type (with organ dysfunction ), plasma endotoxin,lipopolysaccaride binding protein (LBP),endotoxin receptor-sCD14,endotoxin inhibitor-ENDOBLOCK,and nuclear factor-KB (NF-KB)activity in PBMC were determined.

方法收集急性胰腺炎(AP)患者63例,分为轻型(无脏器功能障碍)、重型(合并脏器功能障碍)2组,分别测定外周血内毒素、内毒素结合蛋白、内毒素抑制物、内毒素受体以及 PBMC 中核因子-κB的活性,观察与 MODS 发生的关系。

Objective To purify and extract the lipopolysaccharide binding protein from the serum in rabbits inflicted with injury due to burn complicated with endotoxemia so as to study the principal biological function of the protein.

目的　从烧伤合并内毒素血症损伤兔的血清中分离纯化出内毒素结合蛋白 (Lipopolysaccharide BindingProteinLBP) ,以研究LBP在烧伤复合内毒素血症中的作用。
