fibrocystic breast disease (FBD)

ObjectiveTo evaluate the differences of Syk gene expression in human breast fibroadenosis、ductal intraepithelial neoplasia2、breast cancer and adjacent normal tissue,and to study the correlation of expression of Syk gene with tumor size、lymph follicle、stages、ER、PR、p53 and HER2/neu.

目的:探讨纤维囊性乳腺病、癌前期病变、乳腺癌和乳腺癌旁正常组织中抑癌基因SYK的蛋白表达的差异,并比较Syk的表达与肿瘤大小、淋巴结转移、病理分期、ER、PR、p53和HER2/neu的关系。
