As the current testing method on composite air pump with vacuum pressure has the shortcomings of low efficiency, poor results,and products with possible faults,this article puts forward a method to diagnose the faults based on wavelet packet analysis and BP internet,and case diagnosis has proved its workability.

针对真空压力复合气泵现有出厂检测方法检测效率低、检测效果差、产品存在故障隐患的缺点,提出基于小波包分析和BP网络的故障诊断的方法,经诊断实例,使用该方法可对真空压力复合气泵进行有效的故障诊断。
