In light of high manufacturing technical requirements and structural characters of steel mould trolley, the author introduces the manufacturing technologies of its main parts as bogie frame, traction mechanism and formwork, and proposes welding elements of articulated gate shoe, in order to improve manufacturing level of steel mould trolley and to popularize its application.

针对钢模台车的制作技术要求高及结构特点,介绍了台车架、行走机构、模板等钢模衬砌台车主要部件的制作工艺,提出了支铰座的焊接要点,最终提高钢模台车制作水平,推广其应用范围。
