In order to accurately calculate actual consumption of the intelligence steam stove under different ambient temperature,through to the steam stove experimental date analysis which rate power was 24 kW,the author has established functional relation the mathematical model about the steam kitchen range number and the ambient temperature and the actual power loss,and extrapolated the formula.

为了精确计算智能型蒸气灶在不同环境温度下的实际功耗,对额定功率为24kW的蒸气灶进行了实验数据分析,建立了蒸气灶头数、环境温度和实际功耗3者之间函数关系的数学模型,并推导出计算公式。
