CCTV spoke with Czech president Milos Zeman, who likened Sino-Czech ties to the reboot of a computer. The president spoke about a not-so-friendly past, and how that relationship changed.

"This is a restart. Because there was very bad relationship between China and the former government of the Czech Republic - former government I stress - because this government has been very submissive to the pressure from the US and from the EU. Now we are again an independent country, and we formulate a foreign policy which is based on our own national interest. We do not interfere with the internal affairs of any other country, and this is my explanation of the restart," Milos Zeman said.
