发改委:我国国内油价迎年内首涨

The National Development and Reform Commission onlast Tuesday announced a rise in the per-ton retailprice of gasoline by 165 yuan and diesel by 160 yuan.

国家发展改革委上周二发布通知称，将汽、柴油零售价格每吨分别上调165元和160元。

This is the first adjustment since China made changesto its oil pricing mechanism in January, which set afloor for adjustment to buffer the negative effects ofviolent fluctuations in international oil prices.

这次是自我国于今年1月对石油定价机制做出改变之后的第一次油价调整。该机制为价格调整做好了基础，以此减少国际油价剧烈波动带来的负面影响。

The adjustment will see benchmark retail prices for gasoline go up by RMB0.12 per liter and dieselincrease by RMB0.14 per liter.

据测算，本次调整将会使得90号汽油和0号柴油的零售价格每升分别上涨0.12元和0.14元。

China launched a new fuel pricing scheme that sets up a price floor and ceiling at the beginning ofthis year. Under the system, the price floor is at $40 a barrel and the price ceiling at $130.

今年年初，我国公布了新的油价机制，设定了40美元/桶的"地板价"和130美元/桶的"天花板价"。

Before the new mechanism came into effect, China suspended price cuts twice, citing energyconservation and environmental protection as major reasons.

在新的机制生效之前,中国曾经因节能环保这一主要原因两次暂停了降价。

The NDRC said it will closely monitor the effects of the new pricing mechanism and improve themethod in response to changes in the global market.

国家发展改革委表示，将会密切关注新定价机制的影响，并随时改进方法以应对全球市场的变化。
