重庆涪陵女子被砍头，凶手疑为精神病人

A middle aged woman surnamed Wu in Fuling city, was beheaded ,her head which was thrown down from the 5th floor smashed a car's windscreen,Fuling online reported on Jan 30,2013.The suspect Ran,30 years old,has been detained by the police on the spot. according to  preliminary investigation ,Ran had a history of mental illness.

涪陵市，一名吴姓中年女子被砍头颅，她的头被从五楼扔下，砸坏了一辆车的挡风玻璃，涪陵在线2013年1月30日报道。犯罪嫌疑人冉某，30岁，已被警方当场扣押。据初步调查，冉某曾有过精神病史。
