An evaluation of curative effect of two kinds of therapy to congenital absence of vagina;

先天性无阴道两种治疗方法疗效评价

Methods 4 patients with congenital absence of vagina were performed reconstruction of vagina by using bilateral labium majus pudendi skin flap method,and another 6 patients were performed reconstruction of vagina by using bilateral pudendofemoral flap method.

方法4例先天性无阴道患者采用双侧大阴唇皮瓣法行阴道再造术,6例先天性无阴道患者采用双侧阴股沟皮瓣法行阴道再造术。

Methods From September, 2002 to September, 2003, the labia minora flap vaginoplasty was modified, and the modified labia minora flap vaginoplasty was employed to treat five patients with congenital absence of vagina.

方法:2002 年 9 月～2003 年 9 月,对小阴唇瓣阴道成形术进行了改进,并采用改进的手术方法治疗先天性无阴道患者 5 例。

Methods: HOXA13 gene was detected in 58 Chinese Han patients(including 51 patients with incomplete Mllerian fusion, 7 congenital absence of uterus and vagina (CAUV)) and 54 control inpiduals.

方法:对58例中国汉族苗勒管发育异常患者(包括51例苗勒管融合不全患者、7例先天性无阴道无子宫患者)和54例正常对照者进行HOXA13基因检测。
