欧安组织提议设立“联系小组”支持乌克兰

The Chairperson of the Organisation for security and Cooperation in Europe has proposed a "contact group" be established to support Ukraine through its new transition period. Didier Burkhalter, also the Swiss Foreign Minister, laid out the framework of the OSCE’s plan for ongoing activities in Ukraine’s capital city Kiev.
