Through using of tungsten carbide bell in the Jinan iron and steel group,it is discovered that the tungsten carbide bell has high hardness, high wear resistance; the service life of this bell compared with building up alloy bell is high more than 2 times; using of this bell can save of maintenance time and can increase the operation rate.

本文通过碳化钨料钟（斗）在济钢的应用效果分析表明，其硬度高，耐冲刷性好，使用寿命比堆焊合金料钟（斗）延长２倍以上，并可节省检修时间，提高作业率。
