Cyanosis

[Objective] To investigate the indentification of tarpe cyanosis from cyanosis associated with Eisenmenger syndrome in patients with congenital atrial septal defects (ASD), to promote the diagnosis and treatment of these diseases in order to avoiding misdiagnosis.

【目的】探讨先天性房间隔缺损(ASD)出现迟发性紫绀与艾森门格综合征的鉴别,提高对此类疾病的诊疗水平,以免判断失误,丧失治疗机会。

Objectives To explore the expression of transforming growth factor-beta1(TGF-β_1)and connective tissue growth factor(CTGF)in children with congenital heart disease(CHD)and analysis the relationship of TGF-β_1 and CTGF with the type of CHD(acyanotic congenital heart disease and cyanotic congenital heart disease),age,and the oxygen saturation.

方法选择同期行手术治疗的先天性心脏病患者45例,其中非紫绀型先天性心脏病25例(非紫绀组),男15例、女10例,年龄0。
