中国外交部敦促相关国家正确看待和处理中国南海问题。美日澳于周一发表了涉南海声明，作为回应，外交部发言人陆慷发表了以上言论。陆慷表示，中方已多次表明，不接受、不承认菲律宾南海仲裁案仲裁庭做出的非法、无效裁决。

China's foreign ministry has urged the countries concerned to view and handle the South China Sea issue correctly. The ministry spokesman Lu Kang made the comment in response to the joint statement released on Monday by Japan, Australia, and the United States concerning maritime issues.

Lu said China has stated many times that China does not accept and recognize the illegal, and invalid arbitration unilaterally initiated by the Philippines.
