外国摄影师镜头下的香港：蜂窝住宅区美如画

 

Dizzyingly tall tower blocks create a mosaic effect as far as the eye can see in these mesmerising photos of Hong Kong's living quarters.

这些图片上的香港住宅楼高耸入云，目之所及就像马赛克一样令人眼花缭乱。

The apartments may look surreal, but they are home to tens of thousands of people in a city that struggles for space to accommodate its seven million citizens.

这些住宅可能看上去梦幻离奇，但是对于700万为了住房空间而挣扎的居民而言，它们已是香港成千上万人的家了。

Travel photographer Jason Langley captured the fascinating images of the apartment blocks while travelling in China.

旅游摄影师杰森·兰利在中国旅行时拍摄了这些迷人的公寓照。

Jason said: 'These apartment blocks in Hong Kong have come to define the modern urban landscape of the city.

杰森说：“这些香港公寓楼开始成为这座城市现代城市景观的特征。”

'The flats cover a broad range of architectural styles and layouts all designed with a common aim - to provide housing for as many people as possible in a relatively small, densely populated urban space.

“这些公寓建筑风格和布局多样，但是它们共同的设计初衷就只有一个——在一个相对较小人口密集的城区为尽可能多的人提供住房。”
